Management Agency Retreat Recap
I just got back from my Management Agency Retreat with Lola and Ivy in beautiful Paso Robles, CA.
Lola & Ivy is a digital Talent Agency for fashion and lifestyle content creators. They are the ones doing the pitching, negotiating and keeping my business running behind the scenes in check! This was their 8th year hosting a retreat for their clients and my 2nd time attending. It is basically a week for us all to get together to connect, talk shop and get to take cool content. Each day we were at different locations and had different themes put together by the INSANELY talented, His & Hers Events. Let’s break it all down.
Day One, Event One: Breakfast at Lola & Ivy
We kicked things off at the hotel we were staying at, The Paso Robles Inn, with a chic brunch with the theme giving a nod to “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” with a punk twist.
I went with a black dress, per usual. I didn’t want to put too much time into the first outfit because I knew we were only going to be in it for a couple hours! Great staple to have in the closet!

Day One, Event Two: Girls Dinner
After brunch we had two wineries on the schedule!
First we stopped by Austin Winery where they had the BEST hospitality. Your glass was never empty and they walked us around to share the gorgeous property and talked about future sustainability plans they have. These guys were fabulous hosts and so welcoming.
For HH and our “Girls Dinner” theme we headed to the gorgeous Niner Winery. The wine and scenery was great but keeping it honest, the hospitality fell a little short.

Day Two, Event One: Camp Lola & Ivy
Day two was “Camp Lola &Ivy” hosted by LTK at Epoch Winery. This venue was GORGEOUS and had fantastic wine.
LTK typically partners with agencies throughout the year with days like these to keep building the relationships with LTK and creators. It’s time where you get one on one face time with LTK to chat about how to better your platform, grow and chat about anything really.
*If you are on the LTK platform as a creator, you can have a LTK Rep and I highly recommend that if you don’t. I didn’t know that was a thing until I signed on with agency. I have monthly meetings with my rep to look over all my statistics, see what’s working/not working and hear what brands have upcoming campaigns. You can reach out to LTK to find out who your rep is!

Day Two, Event Two: Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend
The second theme this day was “Diamond are a Girls Best Friend” at the iconic Madonna Inn. I am so not going to lie, the food was God awful but the vibes were iconic.

Day Three, Event One: Managers Day
Day 3 we get to spend quality time with our manager and the other gals on their roasters. Marissa, my manager, choose yoga at The Well Studio then Pizza + Wine at Emercy Wines
The instructor was fantastic. Asked what format we wanted (we opt'd for stretching). I typically don't love when instructors talk a lot during class but she did cool affirmations about being creators.
Emercy Wines was fun because Teddy hosted a pizza making class for us in the back while we sipped wine from Emercy Wines. The owner even brought out a wine collab he did with Spencer Pratt for us to taste that is not out yet. They named it after their son and the label is a piece of art he drew!
