LE BLANC RECAP

RESORT DETAILS

Where did you stay? Le Blanc Resort in Los Cabos Mexico.

Is it all inclusive? Yes! Some of the restaurants have a couple of items on the menu that you can purchase like wagyu ($30 USD), higher end pieces of sushi ($2 USD per piece) or higher end bottles of wine but 95% of the menu’s are apart of the all inclusive.

What is the vibe of the resort? It was definitely more of a “lax” feel. It is an adults only resort so there are no kiddos running around and is pretty peaceful. There was entertainment during the day ranging from a live band or a sax player but overall it is very relaxing. They had different entertainment options you could go to at night but Trav and I were in bed right after dinner every night. We were exhausted being in the sun all day!

Did you leave the resort? We left the resort for my birthday dinner at, Sunset MonaLisa and The Funky Geisha. Both locations are STUNNING. The views, food and service are 10/10.

Did you feel safe? Yup! There was no point where we felt unsafe. The resort has gates you have to enter through with security and the resort is about 20 minutes out from the marina in downtown Cabo. Even when we stayed close to the marina, we always enjoy walking around.

What room did you stay in? We stayed in a standard room with no upgrade. . Personally we don’t like to spend money upgrading on a room because we are rarely in it and out on the resort property 90% of our stay. We did get a partial ocean view from our room but we didn’t really care because we were at the pool, in front of the ocean, first thing every morning. Every floor has their own “butler” aka a personal concierge. They can do anything from having aloe waiting for you in your room, draw you a bath, make/cancel dinner reservations for you but I used their services for hot tea to be in the room at the end of the day lol

What was the food like? The food was INSANE. All 6 of the resorts restaurants are fine dining. The French restaurant was probably our least favorite, the food wasn’t as good as the others. The sushi is my personal fav (Yama) and the Blanc Pizza was our fav for lunch!

Travis and I are big foodies so having good meals on vacation is always so important to us (I’ve had some pretty bad all inclusive experiences with food).

Did you do a spa service? I did but I will not lie, I was not overly impressed by it. I got an 80 minute deep tissue massage that was mediocre and the spa itself wasn’t anything high end or grand. Your stay includes daily hydrotherapy sessions. The men and women split up and you go through the dry sauna, wet sauna, ice room and then a 5 minute head massage before heading into the room with the cold plunge, hot tub and pool room (this is where you can meet back up with the men) and can have some tea, etc. Everyone else that got massages loved theirs, so I just might be more high maintenance lol

Are you able to swim in the ocean? Unfortunately, no. The undertow of the water is too strong you are not allowed to get in the ocean water in front of the resort. We were there in March (prime whale watching) and watched whales and dolphins swim by as we were sitting in our chairs in the pool. They were SO close to the shore I would not have wanted to be in there anyways LOL

How far away is it form the Cabo airport? It’s about 30 minutes with all the traffic. Your resort reservation actually includes your transportation (be sure to make that reservation after booking) so it made it a lot easier for travel. It is a shared ride with other people staying at the resort but they are big vans so it’s not bothersome.

Was it worth the $$$: In my opinion, YES. The resort is beautiful and clean, the staff was very attentive and the food was by far the best part for Trav and I. This was our second time back at Le Blanc and are looking at their newest location in Dominican Republic for our next trip!

ACTIVITIES

Le Blanc itself has a variation of activities at the resort. Pickleball, yoga, pilates, etc. We were planning on partaking in them this second time around but we found ourselves just enjoying not being on a schedule lol We did go on a boat day with Seashine Charters and had a pleasant experience. They provided the beverages and food with their packages while cursing the ocean.

FASHION

For my Mexico outfits, I kept it edgy and minimal, focusing on statement pieces that made each look stand out. I made sure to dress for my body type, choosing silhouettes that felt effortless yet bold. Think sleek neutrals, bold accessories, and pieces that transition seamlessly from day to night.
