Creating your 2025 Vision board

As 2024 wraps up, it’s time to set our sights on a bright new year. A vision board is a powerful tool to manifest your goals, dreams, and aspirations for 2025. Whether you’re aiming to grow in your career, prioritize self-care, or take that dream vacation, creating a vision board can bring clarity and inspiration. Here’s how to make one that truly works for you:

1. Define Your Goals

Start by reflecting on what you want to achieve in 2025. Break your goals into categories such as career, health, relationships, personal growth, travel, and finances. Be as specific as possible—think “I want to take a trip to Italy in May,” instead of “I want to travel”. Make sure the images you are printing out are really connected to and not just random stock photos that look pretty and they

2. Gather Your Materials

You’ll need a sturdy board (like a canvas board), printed photos on photo paper, scissors and modge podge (make sure it's clear). Apps like Canva or Pinterest are perfect for creating specific images. The video below will walk you through your material-gathering errand!

  • Canvas board

  • Modge Podge

  • Scissors

  • Foam brush

  • Print photos on photo paper

3. Curate Your Visuals

Have the visuals be from your POV - if you want to travel what would you actually be looking at (out the plane window). If you want a certain amount of money in your account - what would that look like in your bank account? Flip through magazines or search online for images, words, and phrases that resonate with your goals. If fitness is a focus, find images of a strong, healthy lifestyle.

4. Assemble with Intention

Place your most important goals at the center of your board, then build around them. Arrange your images and words in a way that feels inspiring and visually appealing. Add motivational quotes or affirmations that resonate with you—like “No matter how unrealistic it sounds, it’s going to happen”.

*Hot tip* Have a previous goal that you manifested on your board - putting something on there that you’ve already manifested trains your subconscious mind that these goals are rooted in actual reality. Example - if you made $10k a month and your next goal is to make $20k, have $10k be next to your $20k goal to remind your subconscious that your goal is rooted in reality.

5. Display It Where You’ll See It

Your vision board works best when it’s a daily reminder. Place it somewhere prominent—on your desk, bedroom wall, or even as your phone’s lock screen if you went digital.

Your vision board isn’t just a pretty collage; it’s a roadmap. Take actionable steps toward your goals and revisit your board often to remind yourself why you started. Adjust or update it as needed throughout the year. You fucking got this.

Make 2025 Your Best Year Yet

Vision boards help manifest by acting as a visual representation of your goals and desires, which can enhance your focus, motivation, and belief in achieving them through the power of visualization, essentially "programming" your mind to actively seek out opportunities that align with your vision when you regularly see the images on your board; this aligns with the concept of the "Law of Attraction" in manifestation practices.

Here’s to a year full of achievements, growth, and unforgettable moments!
